I am Julia, an illustrator based in the Netherlands. I live in a very small town called Best in the south of the country. I love that I live in a place surrounded by nature and we have many farm animals around.

I make my illustrations by using different art materials. One of my favorite mediums is watercolor. I recently started experimenting with color pencils as well. I also make a lot of my illustrations digitally in Procreate on my iPad.

My greatest passion is illustrating children's books. This helps me switch my mind to a completely different and fascinating world. I love to create my own characters and come up with stories about them.

I create cards, stickers and prints based on my illustrations that can be found on my small Etsy shop JuliaSwanGoodies.
